Information you provide
When you contact Jose, request property information, create an IDX search account, save homes or searches, or book a conversation, the information may include your name, email address, telephone number, real estate interests, saved properties, appointment details, and messages. Please do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or loan documents through ordinary website inquiries or email.
Website and search activity
Website hosting and connected services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring page, and the time of a visit. IDX tools may associate property views, saved searches, favorites, and requests with your search account. Cookies and similar technologies help these services operate and remember choices.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your questions, arrange conversations, provide requested property information and alerts, maintain client relationships, and operate and protect the website. Contact details and notes may be stored in IXACT Contact to support follow-up. You can ask Jose to stop promotional follow-up at any time.
Services involved
Our tools include DreamHost and WordPress for the website, IDX Broker for property searches and listing inquiries, IXACT Contact for relationship management, Microsoft 365 for email, and Calendly for scheduling. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be provided to REAL or other professionals when needed for a service or transaction you request, or when required by law.
Embedded maps, listing tools, and YouTube videos, as well as external links, involve other providers. They may collect information directly, use cookies, and recognize you across visits or other websites, especially if you are signed into their services. Their own privacy notices also apply. Following an external link takes you to a separately operated service.
Lead information and advertising
CorePath does not sell website leads or share their contact details with other agents or lenders for unsolicited marketing. We use your information for our follow-up and services you request, and do not upload your contact details to advertising audiences. Connected third-party tools may have their own data practices, as described above.
Your choices
You can browse general guidance and use our planning calculators without providing contact details. Calculator entries are used in your browser to display estimates; you do not need to submit them to Jose. Property-account, inquiry, and booking tools may require contact details.
Use an unsubscribe option in an email when available, manage saved-search alerts in your property account, or contact Jose to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held about you. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, legal, or security purposes.
You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies or third-party content may affect maps, saved searches, or booking tools. The website does not currently change its operation in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Third-party services may handle browser privacy signals differently.
Retention and protection
Information may remain in our communication and client-management systems while relevant to your inquiry or relationship, and where needed for business records or legal obligations. Contact Jose about a specific record or deletion request. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Updates to this notice
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
